When your supporters simply can't wait to be there for you when your event makes history. Nobody knows when and what will happen, but it is always good to have a camera pointing at it when it does, and even better for your supporters to have seen it live.

The cost for live-streaming is a fraction of the price others charge because we'd rather do more events and get more news on the net than get rich at your expense.

What You'll Get

Before Event

1. Poster of upcoming event.

2. Distribution of posters on BFN Sport Results Social Media Pages.

3. Our advice on video production.

4. Graphics preparation for use during the event.

During Event

1. Availability of our equipment.

2. We carry the cost of Data if a cellphone signal is available.

3. Two camera angles.

4. Up to 4 audio sources. (Useful if you have interviews planned)

5. Jürgen Smith will operate all the equipment and give on-site advice as needed.

6. Drone Footage (If the situation allows for it, weather and flight zones)

7. Photography (On request and at an additional cost)

8. Our Broadcasting experience for when the live stream is presented a challenge.

After Event

1. BFN Sport Results video footage (Final Result uploaded to a platform with a shareable link)

2. Hardcopy on a memory stick on request (Cost of memory stick will be added if you don't provide it)

3. Our video editing expertise includes motion graphics, custom scoreboard and sound recording.

4. Upload to any platform at no additional cost.

5. Customised space for your sponsors on the footage.

6. Final footage exposure on BFN Sport Results social media pages.

7. Commentating (On request at an additional cost)

8. Highlight Video

9. Article written and published on BFN Sport Results website.

Things to Keep in mind when we discuss your needs and might affect the final quote.

• Electricity - We will need access to electricity. We do however have a 50m electrical extension cord.

• Whether - our equipment doesn't like water and we can manage wind noise up to a point.

• Location - We are willing to travel for R4,00 per kilometre outside Bloemfontein.

• Timely Quote - Please inform me at least two days ahead of schedule so that I can book your project and prepare for it.

• Access - Please arrange access for us to your venue.

• Communication - We will ask many questions, but if you require something which we haven't discussed, I consider it a fun experience to find out how to make it happen, but I need about two days to figure it out, depending on your problem.

• We require a 50% deposit at least one day before the event.
